Operations Manger
We are seeking to recruit a highly motivated Operations Manager.
Responsibilities include all aspects of the day to day operational management of the centre including ensuring all housekeeping, catering and front of house needs are met as well as ensuring all customer requirements are met. You will also be responsible for the financial management of the centre in terms of cashing up and stock control. You will also be responsible for motivating and developing all centre staff.
The successful applicant will have experience of working in a customer focused role and experience of working in the tourism/leisure industry. People management skills and knowledge of camping, caravan and bunk barn sectors would also be useful.
Salary will be dependant on experience with accommodation possibly available.
