Mountain Biking from DalesbridgeLing Gill Mountain Biker

The Yorkshire Dales and Bowland Fells around Dalesbridge are home to some of the finest cross country mountain biking in the country, with an excellent network of bridleways, fantastic scenery, and great pubs in nearly every village.

The trails are on a mixture of surfaces from wide stone tracks, to heather moorland and paths over limestone grassland, and all winding their way through tremendous landscapes of high fells, limestone uplands, dry stone walls and valley pastures.

Family on Pennine BridlewayDalesbridge's nearest purpose built Trails Centre is at Gisburn Forest which is only a short drive away. Here you will find traffic fee routes with sweeping exhilarating singletrack suitable for families and experts alike. A trails map is available here.

At Dalesbridge we have secure storage building for your bikes, dedicated bike washing facilities, bike stand, tools, stirrup pump and a stock of inner tubes etc. Within reception we sell a wide variety of maps and guides and can give advice on suitable rides and conditions.Mountain Biker Yorkshire Dales

The Pennine Bridleway is now fully open and passes within a mile of Dalesbridge. It runs for 200 miles providing predominately off road cycling from Middleton Top in Derbyshire to Street, near Ravenstonedale in Cumbria. Much is already accessible and suitable for families, groups and individuals.
